How does a firm of your size deliver enterprise programmes?
With senior people and strong governance. Every engagement has a named senior lead and the same delivery controls large programmes rely on. Our size means decisions are quick and you always have direct access to the people in charge, including our founder.
What happens if the project runs into trouble?
We tell you early, explain the options and agree the way forward with you. Faultless delivery means plans can change while we keep control of scope, budget and quality.
Do you work with our existing suppliers?
Yes. We regularly deliver alongside platform vendors, integration partners and in-house teams, with clear roles agreed at the start.
Which countries do you work in?
We work with clients across the UK, Europe and the Americas, with consultants in nine countries. Our delivery partners Izertis and Cold Sun Enterprise help us deliver in Europe and in North and South America.
How do you price your work?
We offer fixed-price discovery, fixed-price or time-and-materials delivery, and monthly managed services. You see a clear estimate before any work begins.
What happens after go-live?
We stay with you. The same named people can continue with further phases, new areas of the business or a managed service.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients begin with a short discovery or a proof of concept to test the approach before committing to a larger programme.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to four weeks of agreeing scope.
Is our data safe with you?
We follow UK GDPR and EU GDPR, build Privacy by Design into delivery and can share our security documentation through our Trust centre.
